The hotel had beautiful painted ceilings, which added a unique touch to the rooms. The location was also great, just a couple of blocks uphill from the main plaza. Being close to the city center made it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the breakfast provided was fresh and had a good variety. It was a nice way to start the day during my Christmas stay.
The wifi connection was a bit unreliable, as it kept dropping out. And on top of that, when I arrived at the hotel, there was no wifi available.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, with great attention to detail. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The hotel is located in an interesting and unique area, with lots of personality and charm. One of the best aspects was the live music playing outside, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as not many locals knew the location. The hotel's map with the address is a must-have to avoid getting lost.

Had an egg-citing Easter break at this hotel! the free chocolate eggs and Easter decorations in the room were very thoughtful. the location was also perfect - just a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants. the complementary breakfast was scrumptious with plenty of options, including fresh fruit and pastries.
The room felt small and claustrophobic. the lack of natural light and small windows made the room feel cramped.

Had an amazing New Year stay! The breakfast was delicious, offered complementary fresh juice and coffee. The hotel was located in a perfect spot, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable with a warm heater.
The only downside was the cold bathroom due to the glass ceiling being partly open to the exterior. Additionally, there were some issues with the billing at checkout, but the waiters confirmed we hadn't consumed the listed drinks and the charges were eventually dropped.
